Missing

Missing is a project that emerged during a time when I felt disconnected from myself and uncertain about my identity and direction. I created a fictional missing-person flyer featuring myself, both as a website and as printed posters that I placed around different areas of London along the routes I regularly travelled. The flyer included an email address created specifically for the project, inviting people to contact me if they felt they had "found" me. Through irony and humour, the work explores feelings of being lost, searching for belonging, and the process of reconnecting with oneself. At the same time, the project aimed to create a sense of connection between strangers. In the fast pace of metropolitan life, the flyer offered an opportunity for anyone who recognised something of themselves in it to reach out, creating a small moment of community, empathy, and shared experience.
